This Policy explains how Infinite.show handles information when you use our community-directed AI show platform. It should be read with our Terms.
Information we collect
- Profile information: your username and email address when you create a creator profile.
- Content and activity: ideas, directions, dialogue, generated prompts, videos, votes, likes, reports, and support messages.
- Technical and safety data: an anonymous browser identifier, IP address used for rate limiting and Turnstile verification, request logs, and information needed to prevent abuse.
- Creator generation credentials: a fal.ai key that you choose to submit for a generation. It is encrypted while a job needs it, then cleared when the job completes, fails, or is cancelled.
How we use information
We use information to create and operate profiles, run votes and rounds, generate and publish content, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our rules, answer support requests, analyze service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use the service, improve reliability, and measure audience engagement. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings.
What is public
Ideas, usernames attached to submissions, votes counts, Canon scenes, submitted scenes, generated media, and reports' public-facing effects may be visible to other users. Do not submit private, sensitive, or confidential information in story directions, dialogue, or support content.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security checks, databases, and delivery; Kie.ai for AI story and safety processing; and fal.ai for creator-requested media generation. These providers process information needed to provide their part of the service. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain profile data, user content, and operational records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law, including for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Children and updates
Infinite.show is not for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. We may update this Policy as our service changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
